The proposed works consisted of a single storey rear extension with internal reconfiguration and conversion of the existing garage into a habitable space.
The client wanted to introduce more bedroom accomodation into the dwelling as well as enlarge the kitchen.Working with the client we finalised and provided numerous solutions for the internal layout and advised on the best solutions for planning approval ensuring optimised internal living space.
