YKG has been newly appointed as the lead architect /and lead interior designer for this prestigious project with an estimated £12 million budget in the heart of High Street Kensington high street. After the successful completion of 2 Allens street, we have been given the task to design 19 luxury serviced apartments, with all the communal spaces and looking to house the basements with a gym and leisure facility. At the moment, the groundworks are well underway by the ground/shell contractor Henry Construction. We are looking to finalize all tender by July 2021 and commence interior fit-out in the Autumn of 2021.
