This was a new build residential development project in Wimbledon Park. The initial brief was just to extend the existing dwelling and convert it into two houses however after carrying out a feasibility study we found great potential in pushing it further and advised the client to construct two new dwellings instead of a simple extension.
With our experience and knowledge in planning and designing we were able to give the new dwellings’ design flair and innovation.
