YKG were responsible for the design, internal fit out and build. This was a renovation residential project in Raymond Road. The initial brief was just to extend the existing dwelling and bring the existing characteristics from 1920 house to 21st century house.
With our experience and knowledge in planning and designing we were able to give the dwelling design flair and innovation.
